At the violent rushing waters of Stirling Bridge, the fight for Scottish independence began with an impossible, defiant victory. Decades later, that same unyielding spirit reached its peak at the legendary marshlands of Bannockburn, where the sound of clashing steel sealed a nation's freedom.

Yet, the drumbeat of war marched forward into a darker, fractured future. Through the jagged shadows of Killiecrankie Pass, the desperate screams of a Highland charge tore through the mountain air, proving that the struggle for the crown was far from over. But no battlefield could prepare the Highlands for the cold, piercing treachery that awaited in the mist—the horrific, midnight slaughter at the Massacre of Glencoe, where the sacred laws of hospitality were stained with the blood of unsuspecting clansmen.
