The primary aim of this Website is to celebrate Mike’s new musical double album— a powerfull tribute to Scotland’s inspiring legacy of standing up to its suppressors and fighting for freedom.

​However, this space is designed to be much more than a showcase for an album. It is a living, evolving project. Mike will regularly update this aspect of the site with fresh interpretations of famous historical events and battles, all told through original music and compelling storytelling.

​Given that it was the legendary Robert Burns who sparked this musical odyssey, it is only fitting that our very first featured song looks back to where it all began. Titled "Bright Light," this opening track sets the tone for a journey through history, myth, and music. Mike was inspired to write these lyrics after being invited to give the immortal memory at a Burns Supper in January 2026.
